The release time has been moved from 12 PM on November 17th to 9PM on November 16th, fifteen hours earlier. Of course, there is no guarantee that Valve will honor this new (or the old) time frame, but it’s a noteworthy plan! EDIT: The game will officially be released for Steam on Tuesday, Nov 17th, at 12:00 AM (midnight) Eastern Standard Time.
